Secrets to a happy content life

Read.  And when you're tired.  Read more.
Write.  Tell your story.  No one knows it better.
Sleep.  Sleep heals the body. 
Dream.  Never stop dreaming.
Live.  What if it doesn't work out?  Ahhh, but what if it does?
Love.  Unconditionally.
Laugh.  Whenever you can.
Discover your passions.  Embrace them.
Play.  Some days be the cat.  Some days be the mouse.
Be silly.  You're never too old to be silly.
Learn a new skill/talent/hobby. Grow the mind. And grow it often.
Let go of material possessions.  And don't look back.
Experience new experiences.  Take the ticket.  Ride the ride.
Oxygenate your body.  Breathe.  Deeply.  Into every inch.
Nurture with nature.  You are a tree.  Go barefoot.
Your body is a wonderland.  Explore.
Practice kindness.  Kindness matters.
Be thankful.  Show gratitude.
Generate oxytocin.   The feel good drug.  
Relax.  Wasting time is not a waste of time.
Share.  Compassionately.   
Embrace the power of aromatherapy.
Alkaline diet.  You are what you eat.
Don't settle.  Never settle.  
Always have Hope.   
Embrace the power of touch, bodywork & massage therapy.
Listen to music.  Create your own music.
Nourish the body the same way you nourish the soul and only rub those things on your body that you would put in your mouth.
Drink tea. 
Believe in angels.  They exist.  All you have to do is ask.
